Our clients loved the build that we had done next door so much that they called us in to build an identical one in their garden too!
Our clients had an unusually shaped space that they wanted to put an office in. After a site visit and comprehensive discussion, we were able to create a design for them to efficiently use the space to suit our client’s requirements.
The foundations are a mix of padstones placed onto an existing concrete base, and the build is also supported with additional groundscrews.
The front wall has been vertically clad in light grey composite and the back and side walls are clad in standard white UPVC. The roof has been covered with Firestone Rubber Cover EPDM for a smooth flat surface with no joins or bumps. The roof surround has been finished with a standard anthracite grey guttering system and anthracite grey soffit and facia.
The build has fully certified electrics and an SWA cable runs from the main property. Inside is a high range Mitsubishi (with Wi-Fi): 2.5kw wall mounted air conditioning unit which we helped to source.
We constructed a separate building with a basic timber frame internally and without insulation to act as a shed. One internal wall is lined with OSB, it has OSB flooring and tube lighting. The door has been made bespoke and clad the same as the main build to encompass the look and feel of our client’s impressive room.
The path work has been impressively designed and finished by one of our partner contractors and finishes off this garden perfectly.
