Our client was looking for a space for a dance studio and somewhere to work out. Decking already existed in the space required for the garden room, so the portion of decking that was situated on the build footprint was removed and the rest made good around the room once it was completed.
As there was an existing concrete base, we added a mix of padstones and groundscrews to create the foundations.
Our client chose a 3m, 3 leaf bifold door in anthracite grey for the front of the room and an additional single UPVC door was added to the back that leads from the garden room to a separate attached shed area and to the air con unit.
Clad at the front in stunning Red Cedar, the unseen sides and back of the build are clad with white UPVC as are all the walls of the shed.
Fully certified electrics were installed throughout and we were able to use the existing SWA cable run to set up electrics. Our client chose to have additional lighting and electric sockets installed allowing full and continuous use of the room.
The final build looks beautiful in this rural setting.
