This is a real hidden gem at the bottom of this beautiful garden. Discreetly nestled amongst the trees, this is the perfect get away in which to escape the busyness of home and focus on some business in this garden office.
Before the build commenced, our friends at Leveltop Services excavated and levelled the ground to give a clear footprint for the room to sit on. Once done, we were able to identify the exact foundation specification and then confirm the final building position. Ground screws were then installed before we commenced work on the garden room floor.
Completed in anthracite grey composite on all elevations and finished with a 2.3m UPVC anthracite grey sliding door, this room is unobtrusive amongst the trees.
DB plasterboard is used on all internal walls to provide superior acoustic performance providing up to 49db sound insulation and we fitted the room out with 6 interior downlights and 5 double USB/AC sockets.
To finish, the room was then professionally plastered and given a basic whitewash coat of paint and an IR Bar Heater was fitted along the internal back wall.
What a super use of redundant space, without taking over the garden, and giving our clients their 12 step commute to work.
