With a baby on the way, our lovely clients were looking for somewhere to work and chill, as well as to host visiting family members.
Fully certified electrics were installed in the building and an SWA cable run from the main property.
A UPVC anthracite grey sliding door complements the build perfectly, giving easy, wide access from the garden to the room. An additional UPVC anthracite grey window, to match the sliding door, was installed to provide extra light.
To finalise internally, the build was plastered and 12mm laminate flooring laid and 94mm bullnose skirting applied. A base coat whitewash/mist coat was added to the walls.
Finished with vertically clad light grey Dura composite on the front and left walls, we horizontally fitted white UPVC to the back and right-side wall. Our clients also wanted composite decking to the front of the build which we did in charcoal, flattering the entire build beautifully.
