We had the pleasure of transforming the outdoor space for this client in Erith, Kent.
After their crumbling asbestos garage was safely removed, the newly reshaped garden was opened up, allowing us to build a stunning bespoke garden room.
We utilised our innovative and eco-friendly ground screw system to construct the base for the sizeable 5.5m x 3.5m room. The handcrafted building was then put together by our expert team over the course of two weeks, perfectly meeting the client’s specific requests to the last millimetre.
This included the installation of 3m anthracite grey sliding patio doors, with matching window and UPVC cladding on the sides. Our ever popular Siberian Larch cladding beautifully completed the front of the room.
The third and final week of the build focused on the interior and those all-important finishing touches. As well as fitting premium insulation and looking after the plastering, painting and flooring, we ran fully certified electrics to the room. This included an ethernet cable for superfast broadband and external lights and power sockets.
An air conditioning unit was also installed to ensure the room is the definition of comfort every single day of the year.
Last but not least, we installed a bespoke bar and storage cupboards – making this wonderful new garden room a sensational space for the client to work in and enjoy with friends and family for many years to come.

After we first enquired, we visited the showroom and Matt talked us through the whole process, before Sam visited our home to help us plan out the room. We changed our minds a few times along the way, but nothing was too much trouble for them to arrange and soon we were booked in!
Everyone who then worked on the build itself was also an absolute pleasure to deal with – Dean, Tom, Paul, Mike, Louie and Sam himself – and within a couple of weeks we had a stunning new office and living space.
Their attention to detail, finishing touches, and the fact they were able to look after every single aspect of the room, from electrics to decorating, is brilliant.
