“This is the best investment ever,” said our lovely customer when we visited her a couple of years after her build was completed. She was seeking a room in which to entertain family and from which to enjoy her garden and the room.
As an old shed had once stood where the garden room was due to be sited, we extended the existing concrete base to increase the foundation size.
As is standard with all our builds, the room has EPDM roof, guttering, anthracite grey Soffit and Fascia, fully certified electrics within the building and an SWA cable run from the main property. Also incorporated are 3 double sockets and 4 interior downlights. The room was professionally plastered and finished with a base coat whitewashed on all walls and basic laminate floor and skirting laid.
Our customer chose to clad her room in Siberian Larch which is enhanced by her lovely garden and she chose an Anthracite grey 3-leaf bifold door which complements the Larch beautifully.
We are thrilled that two years down the line, the room is used every day throughout the year and still loved just as much, if not more, than when it was first finished.
