Additional:
We love how this multi-functioning build uses a good space in this garden, without being imposing and with the addition of a small, incorporated shed to the right, it really is a room for everything.
As there were only grass and soil on the ground, we used ground screws to create the foundations. Made from galvanised steel, each screw can take up to 600kg in weight and enables us to create a level base.
Our lovely client chose Larch cladding on the front and left walls of the build with white UPVC on the non-visible right and left walls. This is complemented with the addition of an anthracite grey UPVC French Door with adjoining sidelight panels.
We installed fully certified electrics within the building and ran an SWA cable from the main property. Our client also chose to add an Infra-Red bar heater and 2 outside lights. To finish the build, we laid a basic laminate floor and skirting and applied a base coat/whitewash to the walls.
We were thrilled to be chosen to build this sophisticated garden room and are so pleased that it is well used and well loved!
