This lovely, Larch clad garden office, is perched perfectly in this Blackheath patch, discreetly off to the side so not obscuring any views of the garden from the main property.
We used a rotovator to first level the site before installing ground screw foundations meaning there was no messy and expensive concrete base to lay and the team were able to get the shell of this build truly underway within a day of starting work here.
Also clad in standard white UPVC on the non-visible back and right walls, the build is complemented with an Anthracite grey 1.8m UPVC French door and a matching, partially opening, 400mm (w) x 1200mm (h) anthracite grey window.
As standard, this room was professionally plastered, a basic laminate flooring and bullnose skirting laid and a base coat of whitewash applied to the walls. The build is equipped with fully certified electrics and our lovely clients also chose to include an ethernet run and an air conditioning unit.
What a great room in which to work, rest and cycle. Even the cat has her own spot in this beautiful build!
