Perfectly positioned in a corner at the bottom of a long garden, is this bijou build. Nestled adjacent to the fences and overlooking the pond, this garden room offers the perfect hideaway in which to relax, chat with friends and commune with nature.
Before BGR’s arrival, our lovely client cleared the plants and fencing from the existing wildflower bed herself, providing us with an open area in which to lay ground screw foundations.
We love the amount of light let into this build through two sets of anthracite grey 2.3m UPVC sliding doors; one to the front and one on the right side of the build. There is an additional anthracite grey 1,300mm (w) x 360mm (h) UPVC window located at the top of the left wall.
The visible front and right walls are clad, horizontally, in Charcoal composite cladding whilst the non-visible back and left walls are clad in horizontal white UPVC.
Our electricians were faced with a challenge getting the cable out of the house and then fixing a long run down to the end of the garden and they were also tasked with running a protected ethernet cable and installing an Infra-Red bar heater.
Finally, the room was professionally plastered and we finished it off with a whitewash/mist base coat of paint, leaving our client to be able to move straight in and begin enjoying her garden room.
