What a hidden gem this is! Situated amongst the flora and fauna of our talented client’s garden, this truly is enough to inspire. An individual space in which to be creative without any distractions, our client has set up her potter’s wheel and kiln ready for work.
The build has ground screw foundations, an anthractite grey soffit and facia, guttering and a one-piece EDM rubbercover roof. It is clad with Larch on the front, left and right walls and in white UPVC on the non-visible back wall. The larch will need a stain every 1-2 years to protect against UV rays but looks stunning against the green back-drop.
Our client selected an anthracite grey 3m 3-leaf Bifold Door and an anthracite grey UPVC “Tilt and Turn” window 1000mm (w) x 1500mm (h) to finish the build and asked us to install an IR bar heater as well.
