Welcome to this week’s project update from Bexley Garden Rooms, covering progress for the week commencing 5 January 2026.
After a well-earned break, all our teams are back to work with gusto.
Despite the freezing temperatures and solid ground, which has thrown up a couple challenges, our BGR colleagues have all got stuck in to start delivering high quality craftsmanship on our new projects.
- Paul and Gary have gone back to a superb 7m x 4.615m family room in Beckenham to lay the decking. Even with the use of the mini digger, the solid ground ensured that work was not easy!
- Shane and Max started work on a 7m x 4m gym near Bexley Village. Installing the long ground screws was tricky and time consuming due to the hard soil.
- Richard and Ollie are braving the London traffic to build a 4.5m x 2.3m workshop in Loughborough Junction, SE5.
- Simon and Rory have added Cedar cladding to one side of the new Bexley Village showroom.
- Dean and Rhys have started work on a garage conversion to include a kitchenette in Swanley.
