Welcome to this week’s project update from Bexley Garden Rooms, covering progress for the week commencing 24 November 2025.
Here’s what’s been happening across our garden room installations this week:
- In Welling, we plastered, built the toilet section, clad and laid the flooring in our 7m x 4.7m office, ready for second fix electrics next week.
- A 6m x 4m build in Sissinghurst, Kent, is well under way, with ground screws foundations and shell all up, ready for first fix electrics.
- Following a fire, we are chuffed to have been chosen to build a replacement 7.7m x 3.1m garden room in Chislehurst.
- Another unfortunate fire destroyed an existing garage in a garden in Welling and, again, we are grateful to have been asked to build a new 6.5m x 5m family garden room.
- The garage conversion in Bexley is coming on leaps and bounds. This has been a very challenging project for our team but they are finally winning and the build is looking superb!
