Welcome to this week’s project update from Bexley Garden Rooms, covering progress for the week commencing 2 March 2026.
Spring feels like it is finally on the way and a bit of sunshine makes for some happier teams – you should hear their singing!!
- Bexleyheath – work continues on the conservatory replacement. Now that the floor is secure, the timber frame is flying up, floor is on and skylight is in place.
- Bexleyheath – kitchen upgrade almost complete. Just waiting on the worktops to be fitted and the kitchen will be ready to use.
- Bexley 6m x 4m – Chill out room now plastered and clad in beautiful red cedar. Just the paint, floor and skirting to finish.
- Leatherhead – Chill out room with toilet now plastered, clad and ready for a lick of paint and for the plumbing to be connected.
- Greenhithe 7m x 3.5m – the soakaway was installed (very soggy ground), ground screws are in and the timber frame is under way.
- Bexley 5m x 4m – office with toilet now clad in composite, plastered and ready for the macerator to be fitted.
- Rochester 8.5m x 3.6m – entertaining room frame up, build clad, door in place, insulated and ready for plastering all within a few days!
- Chislehurst 6m x 4.5m – this build was finished last September and we were thrilled to go back and see how it is being used and take some photos.
