Welcome to this week’s project update from Bexley Garden Rooms, covering progress for the week commencing 2 February 2026.
Wow! What another crazy week and still so much rain and mud! However, we had plenty of work finishing existing projects and starting new ones so we did not let it deter us…
- The gym in West Peckham has now been painted, final fix electrics completed and flooring laid.
- The 7m x 4m Oxted office has been plastered and the plumbing and toilet area installed.
- The 5m x 3.3m garden office with internal storage made amazing progress this week. Foundations, shell, roof and cladding all done in 3 days!
- The garage conversion with kitchenette in Swanley is now almost complete. Just the floor to be laid, a coat of paint and it’s raring to go.
- In Rochester, we started a 5.8m x 4.7m entertaining room – ground screws went in much easier on this one!
- Finally, in Snodland, another entertaining room, this time 5.3m x 3m was started and is now well under way!
