Welcome to this week’s project update from Bexley Garden Rooms, covering progress for the week commencing 12 January 2026.
We work all year round and the current cold and wet weather is no exception. Let’s see what our teams have been ploughing through this week:
- Bexley 6.5m x 4.5m build, where Paul and Gary installed ground screw foundations, built the base, adding the PIR boards.
- Decking area finished at the Bexley showroom, displaying the composite colours on offer.
- Bexley 7m x 4m gym looking very different with foundations finished and shell up. As the back wall is less than 1m from the back boundary, Shane and Rory made it using A1 rated cement board to meet Building Regulation compliance and pre-clad it in white UPVC to help reduce the cost.
- Swanley garage conversion now has a completed raised floor and damp trays installed plus Dean and Simon have begun building the front wall and moving the gas piping.
- The finished decking area is looking stunning in Beckenham and compliments this build beautifully.
- Workshop nearly finished and ready to use in Loughborough Junction, SE5.
- A muddy start to this 7m x 4m garden office in Oxted for David and Bill, with ground screw foundations installed and frame made.
- Richard and Ollie have started the groundworks and installation of ground screw foundations on a Swanley 7m x 5m gym.
