Welcome to this week’s project update from Bexley Garden Rooms, covering progress for the week commencing 1 December 2025.
Whilst everyone is beginning to wind down for Christmas, our teams are still busy ensuring that our current builds and final steps are all completed ready for the festive period… and they’re doing it continuously in this (not so) fabulous UK weather!
- The Bexley garage conversion is so nearing completion and is unrecognisable now compared to our first day on the project and my goodness has this one been a challenge!
- Foundations, shell, EPDM rubbercover roof, insulation, doors and windows all done on a Sissinghurst multi-purpose room.
- The Welling build, following an unfortunate fire, is nearing completion as the rubbercover roof was put on. Getting the roll up onto the roof and then rolled out in high winds and driving rain was entertaining!
- The plumbing was started ready to install a toilet in a Welling garden room office.
- Garden Room Office is taking shape on a build in Chislehurst, following another unfortunate fire.
- The 6m x 4m entertaining room is also well under way in Orsett.
