Our lovely clients wanted to create a space to increase the size of the house without doing anything as substantial as having an extension. They also wanted a room for the children to give them some separation from the family home; a room to call their own. As this family also love company and a party, they wanted a multi-purpose area where the grown ups could entertain as well as spending some quality family time together.
Wanting to use someone local, and based on our glowing reviews, the family came to us to help realise their dreams.
With the front and left walls clad in composite, the right and back walls were clad in horizontal Sand Yellow Cedral Cement, to comply with Building Control Regulations and in keeping with the front and left wall colour.
An aluminium anthracite grey 4-leaf bi-fold door lets in plenty of light and fresh air when fully open and also gives the option to just keep a one or two doors open.
Our teams asked lots of questions of our clients and also had answers to all the queries that this family had, accommodating all requests, so that the build was exactly what they wanted.
A seamless build, from all the various teams involved from those who did the ground works, those on the main build, the electricians, the plasterer and those adding the finishing touches and we are delighted that this family has a well-loved, multi-functioning space suitable for all.
