Looking to incorporate the beautiful tree at the end of their garden, our lovely clients wanted a family friendly room where they could chill with an external area where their young children could play.
We were able to use the existing concrete base which had padstones added and we supplemented the foundations with ground screws.
The garden room was clad in Larch on both the front and left wall and the non-visible right and back walls were clad in anthracite grey UPVC.
Our clients chose two 2.3m UPVC anthracite grey sliding doors for easy access to both the garden and the canopy area.
To create the canopy, we extended the EPDM roof and the 2.5m x 3m decking area under the canopy was re-enforced to support the weight of a future hot tub instalment and laid with anthracite grey Dino composite.
We are so pleased that all the family are making great use of this fabulous room and outdoor space and we love how the natural area has been incorporated into the build.
