1 - Roof

2 - Soffit & Fascia
- Anthracite grey.
3 - Guttering System
- Standard anthracite grey.
4 - 300mm overhang
- At the front or the back.
5 - 5-layer construction
- 5-layer construction
- Graded CLS timber framing and OSB boards
- Building wrap breathable membrane.
- 100mm multipurpose Stone Wool, Euroclass A1 non-combustible insulation
- Polypropylene vapour barrier
- Fireproof plasterboards skimmed in multifinish.
6 - Ground Screw Foundations
- Unless there is already a usable concrete base in place to which we will add padstones.
7 - Door
- A 1.8m UPVC French door (no sidelights), or a 2.3m UPVC slider.

8 - Flooring
- 12mm laminate floor in a range of colours.
- 94mm bullnose skirting.
9 - Power sockets
- Standard double sockets
- Interior downlights
- Standard light switch
10 - Electrics
- Fully certified electrics.
11 - Plastering
- Professionally plastered
- Base coat/whitewash mist coat finish
