With a slightly odd shape to their outdoor area, our clients knew that they wanted to maximise the space, build something that fit neatly into it and enable them to enjoy their garden.
Positioned to face the sun, the room was built on an existing concrete base with padstones added, on top of which the team installed an OSB floating floor.
Our clients chose a coffee colour Classic Woodgrain Composite by Assured Composite fixed vertically to blend in with the natural surrounds.
As standard with all our builds, the room has a one piece EPDM roof, guttering and anthracite grey Soffit and Fascia. It has fully certified electrics within the building and we connected an existing SWA cable before running an ethernet cable and installing an IR Bar Heater.
