As the area was made up mainly of grass and soil, the team set to work installing ground screws to create the foundations, before the timber frame could be built.
To finish off the external look of the room, our clients chose Siberian Larch on the front wall, grey composite on the side walls and white UPVC on the back wall, where it cannot be seen. Our clients also selected an anthracite grey aluminium 3m, 3 panel bi-fold door with chrome handles and an additional anthracite grey UPVC openable window
As with all our builds, the room was professionally plastered and this followed by an application of a base whitewash/mist coat, finally having a laminate flooring with bullnose skirting laid. Our clients used their own electrician for completing the electrical and data work.
Our client wanted an L-shaped bar in the corner of the room which the customer had installed independently. We are all in agreement that this room is impressive and somewhere we’d all love to hang out with family and friends!
