This was a beast of a garden room, showcasing the team’s skills.
Our client had a clear vision of what they wanted: a gym, sports bar, and a BBQ space. This was the final piece of the puzzle to make their new home complete.
After levelling the ground to take out the slope, we constructed the room on ground screws, extending a row along the rear wall to create an enclosed outside space. With a large steel post, a modern, sleek canopy was created, with dual aspect sliding doors opening up the bar onto the new decking.
The gym and bar area had full electrics and internet set up, with air conditioning fitted to make the space usable 365 days a year. After completing with flooring and painting, one of our partners fitted it out with the ultimate bespoke, kitted-out bar.
Alongside the garden room, we installed a 90m2 flagstone patio to match the existing patio by the house. A logistical nightmare with steep steps, we constructed a heavy-duty ramp to allow access for plant machinery and ensure no damage to the recently newly completed patio by the house.
